If for any reason you are disgusted with your order or maybe it just doesn't quite fit or something of that nature, use the contact form above and we will organise the return of your purchase in as hasty and professional a way as Auntie Doris can muster!

What is your returns policy?

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund  or exchange within 28 days of delivery provided the items are new and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. We aim to process returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

 

For orders shipped outside of the European Union, please note that we cannot return any taxes, duties or delivery charges associated with your order. You will be refunded the Tax Free price of the products returned.

 

Is this shop run by a big company?

 

No, it is run by the aforementioned Aunty Doris and the Hybrids.  We endeavour to refrain from shipping your terribly kind order with coffee/tea cup splodges on any paperwork or debris such as liberally distributed crumbs from Doris' jammy cakes.  I mean really - would a big company write this stuff? Probably not, and for good reason! I mean, you'd never get any orders ... oh...

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

We've tried to keep shipping costs as low as possible so our shipping rates don't currently include a tracked service. We will however contact you to let you know that your package has been dispatched.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

With any luck you may bump into your courier when they drop off your package and you can have a chat with them then.  Up until that point, We're all in the dark! It's the element of surprise!

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Delivery options will appear on check out but within the UK we have first and second class options and Internationally we have a standard shipping rate.  Auntie Doris gets a tad beffuddled if we took it to the next level and then that detracts further from writing any music as Mike has to reach for the cold flannels and Charlotte has to start making her more cups of tea and offering up the crochet basket to calm her down.  It's just not worth it. She's a sensitive soul.
